This staff training will help your school and staff to meet the most recent RSE guidance issued in September 2020. It will help staff gain a detailed understanding of the requirements and how to implement LGBTQ+ inclusion within that. Upon completion, staff will feel more confident to include and talk about sexual orientation and gender identity when teaching relationships & sex education. Staff will have a more in depth understanding of the new guidance and the changes taking place. LGBTQ+ inclusive resources will be shared to encourage staff to implement what they’ve learned into their teaching practice.
