Diversity Role Models (DRM) is looking for a new Chair who can lead the organisation in partnership with the Chief Executive, through an unprecedented time of organisational change and expansion. These are exciting and challenging times for DRM as we are growing rapidly and need to ensure that we are organisationally fit and ready for the opportunities and challenges that lie ahead.
The ideal candidate for DRM will be someone who will relish the opportunity to work with our small team to support the positive transformation of the organisation to ensure we are making the greatest difference for young people‘s lives and their education.
DRM’s board is a dynamic, collegiate body which owns and is fully committed to a wide strategic vision. The board is committed to ensure our objectives are fulfilled with the best possible outcomes for young people.
