Diversity Role Models is an education charity that tackles prejudice and encourages critical thinking through positive role modelling for young people. Now in our 6th year of operation, we deliver workshops to primary and secondary students, teachers and governors across the UK.
We are seeking an energetic and creative fundraiser with the ability to generate income of around £500k a year. Our income is generated across the spectrum of income strands; community fundraising, individual donations, trust and foundation income, events, and corporate sponsorship, with the latter two being the most significant streams for us. The successful applicant will come to the organisation with a successful track record across the income streams, plentiful ideas and a passion for the cause.
Our new Head of Fundraising will develop and deliver a strategy for income generation that will allow us to reach even more schools and to be creative about our approach to tackling inequality.
