Fundraising for Diversity Role Models will help enable us to continue to deliver our work in schools without restrictions. As a school, workplace, network, group of friends or an individual there are a number of ways that you can choose to fundraise, from the traditional to the more adventurous.

  • Organise a bake sale
  • Have a dress down day
  • Use volunteer hours as a trade for a donation with your employer
  • Run a ½ marathon
  • Fundraise via social media
  • Abseiling
  • Mountain climbing challenges
  • Skydiving

And many more!

Laura's story

"I took part in an advertising campaign for the protective clothing that firefighters wear. The company offered to donate money on my behalf to a charity of my choice so I chose DRM. I see my role as a firefighter and my volunteering for DRM as similar in terms of breaking down stereotypes and challenging perceptions, both of which I'm proud to do."

Laura Noble, Volunteer

"I've seen firsthand the impact DRM has on the young people and it's vitally important that people keep coming up with ways to do doesn't all have to be about the physical challenges."

Laura Noble, Volunteer

If you are a business, you could support our work by donating to us from sales of a product, either all year round or just for a particular season, such as our current brand partners Cut + Grind Burgers, Oasthaus Design and Floom Florist.
